The Prize
The winning prize will be three nights stay for up to four guests in the stunning and beautifully appointed The Glasshouse at Braeside of Lindores, Newburgh, Fife, KY14 6HU.
The Glasshouse was recently featured on BBC Scotland’s Greatest Escape, winning the category of ‘Best Foodie Escape’ alongside our unique BBQ cabin – The Hide. It has two very comfortable super-king or twin room bedrooms both with en-suites. The open plan kitchen/living room leads into a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture, BBQ and breathtaking countryside views. The garden has a 6-seater hot tub and the property is child and dog friendly. All of our luxury holiday houses also come with free Wifi and private, secure parking.
The winner will also receive a £240 voucher to be used against ‘The Hide’ Experience Facility Hire which includes 4×4 Land Rover Transport OR Lindores Equestrian Facilities. Subject to availability. Equestrian facilities are open annually from March to October and ‘The Hide’ is open all year. Lindores Equestrian Facilities Hire includes Stabling, Cross Country, Arena with Show Jumps, Dressage Arena, Working Hunter Jumps on Grass and Hacking.
The prize is to be used by Monday 16th September 2025 and can be redeemed at weekends or during the week. Booking in advance is essential. The prize is subject to availability. Holiday dates between 19/12/24 and 07/01/25 are excluded.
Horses Stabling is not included in the prize but guests can bring their horse or pony. Please check in advance on availability when booking your accommodation, surcharge applies. Dogs are welcome and can be added to your booking, surcharge applies £20/dog, maximum of two.
The prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Competition Terms and Conditions
By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Lindores Equestrian Ltd & Richard R Black & Son T/A Lindores Stay. This competition is not affiliated to Blair Horse Trials in any way.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter.
Winner Announcement
The competition will close at 6pm on 16/09/2024.
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address and phone number provided on Wednesday 18th September 2024.
The team at Lindores will make two attempts to contact the winner via email and telephone using the details provided in the entry form.
If the winner does not respond to the emails or calls informing them of their win within 2 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Lindores Equestrian reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
How to Redeem Prize
The prize winner can check availability of The Glasshouse at www.lindores.co.uk/the-glasshouse/ but to redeem the prize email [email protected] or call 01337 840 351. The Hide and Lindores Equestrian availability are not shown on the website so booking via email or phone is necessary.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Lindores for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
The winner’s name will be announced on Lindores Equestrian website, email and social media channels and also the sister business Lindores Stay marketing channels.
Limitation of Liability
Lindores Equestrian Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Lindores Equestrian reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
