Health Care Fresh Air ‘Networking outside the box’

You work in healthcare — Doctors, Nurses, Physios, Dentists, Dietitians, Pharmacists & everyone in between.

You need a day away from your work setting to drop your shoulders, relax, get outside and make NEW connections. You want to feel supported, heard & inspired by others who truly understand YOU- so you can stay positive about your career.

You desire motivating conversations with likeminded individuals to encourage you to thrive and grow in your work and in your personal life.

You love the outdoors, movement and adventure!

Hosted by Alice Thomson BDS Dip BSLM – a former Dentist, Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner and Health Coach – this networking event will centre around living a healthy lifestyle to support yourself in your personal life and in your work!

What to expect:

  • A guided 3km hike across beautiful farmland
  • A coffee and something delicious to eat in the stunning Barley House located at the award winning Lindores in Fife, Scotland!
  • A relaxed interview with one of our members to find out who they are, what they do, how they integrate self care into their busy lifestyle & what helps them thrive. (This is prearranged & self nominated, you won’t be asked to speak if you don’t want to!)
  • New relationships with likeminded women who UNDERSTAND YOU.
  • Inspiration & motivation to take forwards into the next quarter.

Join a group of business women who share a sense of adventure, love for movement and thrive on in-person connection.

We will meet quarterly on the last Friday of the month.

Who is Alice?

Hello! I’m Alice and I coach women on how to maximise their experience of life!

My work is GROUNDED IN SCIENCE — I was a Dentist for 10 years before I decided to follow my passion for Wellbeing and retrain as a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner and Health Coach. I have an expert understanding of the science behind lifestyle as medicine, the body and human behaviour.

As a coach I use the 5 evidence-based pillars of lifestyle medicine as my framework — Movement, Food, Sleep, Stress Less and Connection. I want to help you build a balanced lifestyle that improves your wellbeing and is REALISTIC FOR YOU in your current circumstances.

I hope I can help guide you towards the life you want to live!
