Our Rules
One of the reasons Lindores Equestrian is a popular venue is the relaxed friendly atmosphere, however, we do have a few ground rules that we ask you to respect when visiting our farm –
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time and drive slowly on site.
- Children under 18yrs must have a responsible adult with them.
- Riders must wear a skull cap (up to current British Safety Standards). Helmets with a fixed peak are not allowed for Cross-Country.
- Riders must wear a body protector (to the latest BETA standards) for Cross Country.
- Children are to be kept away from farm machinery, stacked bales and animals, please remember this is a working farm.
- Lindores Equestrian Ltd and all those involved with it, do not accept liability for any accident, loss, damage or illness to horses, riders, spectators, dogs or vehicles in any way whilst using the facilities at Braeside of Lindores.
On Lindores Cross Country Course:
- Riders must be accompanied either by another rider or someone on foot.
- Dogs are welcome but must stay on a lead at all times. Please pick up after your dog and dispose of it responsibly.
- Any damage to fences must be reported, however minor.
- All accidents, however minor, must be reported and recorded at reception using the accident forms.
